Irlanda: ¡Ostras!

Si te gustan las ostras y quieres ponerte las botas, te avisamos que Irlanda organiza un Festival Mundial de Ostras del 4 al 7 de septiembre del 2008 en Hillsborough.
Durante la decimasexta edición de este acontecimiento gastronómico tendrá lugar un concurso de "degustación" abierto al público. Se tratará de intentar batir el récord de Colin Shirlow que fue capaz de engullir 233 ostras en 3 minutos el año pasado.
Si después de semejante atracón sigues con ganas de probar ostras, te quedará el Festival Internacional de Ostras de Galway (en Irlanda también ) del 25 al 28 de septiembre.

Si tu appartiens a la catégorie des amateurs d'huîtres, tu te réjouiras de savoir que l'Irlande organise un Festival Mondial d'Huîtres du 4 au 7 septembre 2008 à Hillsborough.
Ce sera la 16 ème édition d'un évènement gastronomique qui prévoit un concours de "dégustation" ouvert au grand public. Il s'agira d'essayer de battre le record de Colin Shirlow que a été capable d'engloutir 233 huîtres en 3 minutes l'année dernière.
Si après un tel festin gargantuesque tu as encore envie de manger des huîtres, tu auras encore le temps d'aller jusqu'à Galway (en Irlande aussi) pour le Festival International d'Huîtres du 25 au 28 septembre.

If you love eating oysters, you'll be happy to know that Ireland is organising an International Oyster Festival from September 4th till September 7th at Hillsborough.
It'll be the 16th edition of a food event which includes a contest that everybody is invited to join. It deals with trying to beat the record of Colin Shirlow who swallowed 233 oysters in 3 minutes last year.
Should you wish to go on tasting oysters after such a treat, you'll have the opportunity to participate in an other International Oyster Festival a few days later (September 25-28), in Galway (in Ireland too).
